Terrapin Crossroads sends the live audio and video in several bitrates. We send as many bitrates as possible so that users with low bandwidth and high bandwidth can enjoy the show. Whenever you stream video with audio from the internet, you want to be sure you have maximum bandwidth available for the task. So, that means you should disable other devices from using your internet connection and lowering the total bandwidth available to your streaming device.

You can also test how much bandwidth your devices are capable of using. A good site to test your internet speed is www.speedtest.net. Additionally, having low ping and low jitter on your internet line is important too and you can find yours by visiting this site, www.pingtest.net.

Your Device:

To successfully stream video and audio, your device must meet the following minimum requirements:

If you are having trouble to reliably stream. Obviously make sure you are meeting the minimum device requirements. After that, look at your internet connection. Do you have full bars if you are on wireless? Have you tried restarting your modem and/or router? Are there a lot of users sharing your internet connection (they may be limiting your available bandwidth)? Is your ISP experiencing an outage? Have your ISP do a line test in case they find trouble on your line.

Next we would recommend you try clearing your cache and cookies, then restarting your device.
